Legal and Compliance
Running for Cover, a 25 minute DVD on client file management for insurance brokers JLT.
Shore Valley Oil, a 20 minute live scenario on Errors and Omissions, written for JLT Risk Solutions and winner of the Lawyer Award for Most Creative Programme. The scene was used as the core element of the programme and played twice a day for three weeks to the entire broking and technical teams.
Rumble in the City, a ten minute fun DVD produced for the annual JLT dinner dance.
Leadership
Coaching for Leadership, a 20 minute DVD for Lloyds TSB to serve as part of their Functional Directors' Development Programme.
Leading Change, audio, a 25 minute scenario used in several programmes, including a new leaders programme for the CPS.
Performance Management
Reviewing the Situation, video download, a ten minute scene showing a performance review in progress. Used in many programmes for clients including P&O Nedlloyd and World Food Programme.
The Remote Manager, video download, a six minute scene showing a Sales Director dealing with a disciplinary situation over a video link.
Motivation and Engagement
The Way forward, video download written as a road show for Balfour Beatty Rail Infrastructure Services which focused on safety practices and personal responsibility.

Your Fault, My Fault, video download, recorded live at a road show, produced initially for Earls Court & Olympia Exhibition Centres, this is a generic H&S scene which can be used by any organisation, especially those with mixed admin and technical or construction operations.

The Great Behaviour Debate, complete script of short scene used to introduce subject of the usefulness of formal Values within an organisation and to get the discussion started.
